How Long have you been in business? - We have been in business since 1999 and Incorporated in 2006. Are you a member of BBB & Trustlink? - Yes..We are a BBB Accredited Business. Also have a 100% rating. We have an A- Minus Rating with the BBB, which is pretty much the best you can get! Can you ship to a different address other than the billing address? - Yes and NO...Read Carefully. If you use PayPal or the regular checkout, we have to ship to the verified address on that credit/debit card & PayPal account. No exceptions. If you want to ship to a different address (work, parents house, dorm, etc) please use the Blue Google Checkout Button in the shopping cart page. This will allow us to verify your information, and accept your order. Do you accept Money Orders or Personal Checks? - Sorry we do not accept Money Orders or Personal Checks at this time. Do you offer C.O.D.? - No, we do not offer C.O.D payments. - We accept the following credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX via PayPal, and Google Checkout (We are a Google Verified Business) - Qualifying business customers can charge purchases to their open account if an account has been set-up. - C.O.D. terms are not available. When I enter my personal information and credit card number over the Internet, is your site secure? - We use Go Daddy SSL Certificate to transfer your Data. You can rest assure that the information transmitted to us over the Internet remains secure. Our processing servers incorporate fully encrypted software devises to maintain safe, trouble-free transactions. Because all credit card information transmitted to us online is encrypted in transit, any information intercepted by unauthorized parties would be useless. Using your credit card to shop online is actually safer than using your credit card at your local restaurant or convenience store. When will my credit card be charged? - Your credit card is authorized immediately, and at the time the item(s) are processed for shipment, or special ordered is when final payment is made. If the order is closed, please allow up to 72 hours for the payment to be refunded to your account. How will I know when Temporarily Backordered items in my order will be shipped?. - All temporarily backordered items go on a back order status. You will be charged for the temporarily backordered item(s) or it's shipping costs until the item(s) have been processed for shipping. RoBear Racing does not contact you when these items have shipped. We try our best to call, or email. You may contact our Customer Service department at our contact page for details. Do you ship outside the United States? - Yes, there is a link on the right hand side of the website. It says "International Customers, Click Here" How can I check the status of my order? - You can log-in to your account online at www.robearracing.com or contact us via e-mail with your Order ID #, please try not to call for order updates. Thoroughly read your email. How long do backordered items take to ship? - It depends on the items, and manufacturer. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are contstantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments at our distribution centers. We will always give you an ETA for your product ,and send an email. Do you accept returns/exchanges? - NO. In order to keep our prices competitive, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. If the item was damaged or a completely wrong part, please contact us immediately. Can you explain the FREE SHIPPING icon? ![]() When you see the symbol above on a product description, it is part of our "free shipping" program. There is no minimum purchase and there are no handling fees added to your order. However, for international orders, or orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Military APO's and some PO Boxes, extra shipping charges will apply. We will contact you after you place your initial order. Can I get expedited (faster) shipping? Yes, Robear does offer faster S/H methods. Pricing depends on size, value, and availability. Also keep in mind all upgraded shipping methods are not covered under RoBear's free shipping program, and you will be charged for the difference in shipping costs. Please contact us this inquiry. Department of Transportation's Law All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road use only. These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used in City streets or Public highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts. It is the User/Buyer's responsibility to know their local City and State Laws. Placing an Order All orders placed with Robearracing.com, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on this page, and Robearracing.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. For all Credit Card orders - WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. Our merchant account (credit card co.) requires us to ship to the billing address only. We cannot ship to any other address other than the billing address associated with the card. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. If your Billing address is to a PO BOX, APO and FPO, these orders have to be PREPAID via Money Order or Cashier's Check only. At our discretion. For International Orders - these orders have to be PREPAID via International Money Order or International Cashier's Check only. PayPal on limited basis. Personal Checks are not accepted. Cashiers check and Money orders can also be accepted as a form of payment. We do not accept COD shipments. Cancelling an Order - Phone Only Provided the order has not shipped, cancelling an order with Robearracing.com is plain and simple. Call Robearracing Customer Service and you will be provided with an Order Cancellation Number. Robearracing.com ALWAYS PROVIDES THIS NUMBER, THEREFORE, KEEP THIS NUMBER HANDY FOR ANY DISPUTES. Without this number, your Order will be considered valid with Robearracing and the Term and Conditions under "Returns & Exchanges" will apply. You can also log into your account, and cancel immediately. Email does not constitute a cancelled order. Warranty on Products All new merchandise sold by Robearracing.com is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. All other new parts and accessories have no warranty, including, light bulbs and electrical parts. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect/damage was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling, which will be determined solely by Robearracing. There are no warranty on USED merchandise. These items are sold as is. if an item arrives damaged, Robearracing will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery date. Claims made after that time will not be honored. there will be NO exceptions. Shipping/Freight company's return/claim policies superceeds Robearracing's policy. In other words, if your claim is denied by the freight company, there isn't much else we can do for you. Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Robearracing.com, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer. No warranty on light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may not be returned. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims. Robearracing highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. Therefore, Robearracing is not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim. All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Robearracing. Returns will be refused without an RMA number. All USED ENGINES/swaps include a start-up warranty. There are no warranties either expressed, or implied, on transmission or any other attached components on the engine. If there are any complications or disputes, the customer has 5(five) days from the original delivery date(time of arrival) to file a claim with Robearracing. Claims filed after that date will be NOT be honored. Condition of Used Parts Used parts are sold as is, where is. common sense will tell you: NOTHING USED IS EVER PERFECT. If you are expecting perfect parts, Buy them Brand new. Conditions on used parts will vary. Used parts are expected to have scratches or dings. USED body parts will have to be retouched and repainted. Rare JDM parts that are out of production are hard enough to find in large quantities we offer. We cannot guarantee color or condition. Although color preferences are allowed, Robearracing reserves the right to send out colored parts in any color if the prefered color is not available. We will not accept returns because buyer doesnt like condition of parts. If you have any questions, please address them before hand and ask for pics of the parts you have purchased prior to them being sent. Returns or Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS All products are bought as is from RoBear Racing. All Manufacturers Warranty will be covered by the manufacturer, please contact them with proof of purchase. All authorized return merchandise must be unused, un-opened and in it's original saleable packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned. Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned. All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight Collect to Robearracing, it will be refused by the Receiving Department. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized. No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items, Used merchandise, JDM items or Special Order items. No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires All Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee. No exception. No refund on Shipping charges. All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Robearracing. Returns will be refused without an RMA number. Shipping Shipping is usually done within 24-72hrs of the order being recieved. in cases where an item is out of stock, on back order or on special order, Robearracing will notify the customer via email or phone call with an approximate ETA. All shipments within the 48 Contiguous State will be sent via UPS Ground service or USPS (United States Postal Service). Your air options are Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select. For International Orders, we use USPS Expedited Service. For Canadian Orders, we use UPS Standard Ground Service or USPS Service. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Priority mail Service will be utilized. For UPS Ground Shipments, some products can be considered OS1, which UPS charges 30 pounds extra, some products can be considered OS2, which UPS charges 70 pounds extra. There are certain products such as Body Kits, Bumpers, Spoilers and Exhaust systems that will have an additional $50.00 added to the UPS charge because it's over their size and weight restrictions. Parts that are too large or too heavy for UPS are delivered by Truck. Most truck freight items have Flat Delivery Rates, a Terminal Fee, Inside Delivery Charge Liftgate surcharge and/or Residential surcharge. For Air shipments, they are subject to Dimensional Weight. Please go to UPS.com for explanation. Damaged Shipments Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must contact us within 24 hours or claim cannot be filed. CARBON FIBER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER INSURANCE DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval. Robearracing will call UPS/Freight Carrier to report the claim. UPS/Freight Carrier will issue a Damaged Call Tag and have the package returned to Robearracing. Shortages- Please check online account first. Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for backordered items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with the products shipped. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. Notify Robearracing immediately, or check online account for notification.
We encrypt your order information to prevent decoding, and we use the most sophisticated security measures to ensure that your personal information is safe. All online orders will be confirmed by email or telephone. Credit Card orders will be shipped only to the credit card billing address. All online orders placed will be shipped in most cases the next business day. All customers wanting to cancel orders must do so before they ship.
