BluePrint Pro H-beam rods are precision forged of select 4340 aircraft quality steel which has been degassed to remove any impurities. They are then CNC milled into our track proven Pro H-Beam design and finally shot peened to relieve stress. The stronger design of our Pro H-Beam rod is made to handle the most extreme loads without failure. The two piece construction ensures proper grain flow to increase strength. Our rods feature thicker silicon bronze bushings compared to other manufacturers. Thin bushings can lead to premature wear and rod failure. Precision ground alignment sleeves in the rod cap prevent cap walk under high horsepower loads. This is a premium rod for a budget price.
