Instructions are kind of vague - you had better have working knowledge of Honda emission and/or electrical terminology in order to understand what the "instructions" are referring to. Construction of harness is high quality though - I work for in an automotive manufacturing plant here in Alabama, and the harness and connectors are of OEM quality.
